By visiting the Website, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Skinpotion. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website or to the Content, products or services sold or distributed by Skinpotion shall be solely adjudicated in Supreme Court of the State of New York or in the U.S. Federal District Court located in New York County, New York, and you consent and submit to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts and agree to accept service of process by electronic mail.

CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to the Website, our policies, and these Terms at any time. If any of the terms or conditions in these Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

POLICY FOR FACIAL SERVICES

DEPOSITS

To book your appointment, a non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required. This consultation fee of $25 is REQUIRED FOR ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS. The deposit will be applied towards your balance. The remaining balance will be due the day of your service. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

CANCELATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation.

We do offer a 10 minute grace period, anything after would be subject to a late fee of $20 depending on how late you are, which would be added to your bill.
After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
Deposits are non-refundable.
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us via call or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

24 HOUR SATISFACTION POLICY

All services are non-refundable. If any concerns arise, please contact us immediately.

COVID-19 POLICY

Due to COVID-19, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Cough, Difficulty Breathing, New Loss of Smell, New Loss of Taste, Shortness of Breath, Fever, Chills, Repeated Shaking with Chills, Muscle Pain, Headache, Sore Throat, Nausea Or Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Congestion or Runny Nose, please call or text to reschedule your appointment until you are no longer experiencing any of these symptoms.
