All sales are final and non-refundable. If the product arrives damaged please contact us.
Is overnight shipping available?
Overnight shipping is currently not available. All of our orders are made to order. We start mixing, blending, and infusing each product as we receive your orders. Some products require some time to set before shipping. If there are any requests for large orders please contact us at least two weeks in advance.
Are your products mass-produced in factories?
No. Each and every one of my products are handcrafted in small batches. That’s truly the only way I can ensure that each piece is infused with love, magic, and the best ingredients.
